Synapsis ML operates according to a well-defined functional flow that ensures efficiency, security, and operational continuity. The system connects directly to the company's data sources, such as IoT devices, sensors, and industrial monitoring systems, accessing local databases (SQL or time series) where information is archived in real-time.
❗ Privacy first: No data is transferred to the cloud. The entire analysis cycle takes place on-premise, in full compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
Architecture and Artificial Intelligence
Once the data is acquired, Synapsis ML processes it through its API, which serves as the central interface between information sources and artificial intelligence models.
The platform activates two distinct types of AI:
- AI ML (Machine Learning): A predictive and classification model, trained on the client’s historical data by a data analyst.
- AI LLM (Large Language Model): Based on the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technique, it enables natural language responses to complex queries using the company's internal documentation.
Local Processing and Industrial Integration
All processing is carried out locally thanks to devices capable of hosting open-source AI models ranging from 8 to 40 billion parameters, installed on the client’s premises.
This hardware:
- Processes AI requests in real time
- Returns the results via API
- Makes them available to operators, SCADA systems, MES, or business dashboards
